Stan’s Cafe are recruiting a cast of thirteen performers for two exceptional performances @ A E Harris. The performances will be on:
Thursday 10th October 19:00 – 23:15
Saturday 12th October 17:15 – 24:00
This show will be the last in the venue before it ‘downsizes’ and to celebrate its glorious five year history we are looking to exclusively engage performers who have previously performed in the venue.
This will be a physical/visual piece. There will be no re-rehearsals and no lines to learn instead there will be a timetable/instructions to memorize. The performance will require considerable concentration and a certain degree of endurance.
A flat fee of £200 is available to cover the two performances, plus attendance at a practice session of your choice and any transport costs you may have. In the practice session you will receive your timetable/instructions and get a chance to size up the stage, be measured for costumes and practice anything you think may be tricky to perform without practice. This practice session will be at a time of your convenience on Tuesday 8th or Wednesday 9th (other members of the cast do not need to be there).
Expressions of interest are welcomed. A brief CV and photo would be useful along with a note of what production/s you have previously been in @ A E Harris. We are looking to complete casting by 30th September so the sooner we have expressions of interest the better.
