Our Mums have never been more proud, Stan's Cafe has just got back from The National Theatre.
Admittedly we're parked up outside with The Black Maze, but no one need tell them that. It was a fun
and busy time but Vanessa
Redgrave was the only celebrated figure to take their chances on board. Many more merely
sized it up from a distance.
Currently a portion of the company is in Hamburg with Of All The People In All The World where it runs
until 23rd August (not on the Montag).
Back at home preparations are cranking up for the World Version of this same show show in Birmingham.
This will use 112 tonnes of rice, a grain for each person on the plant.
We are currently looking for a range of volunteers to help stage the show. There are opportunities
for people interested in gaining experience in Front of House, Production Assistant and Performance roles.
More details can be found here. It promises to be fun.
