Our 'Perform it Yourself' show Dance Steps has just finished at mac. Commissioned to coincide with the closing of the centre for refurbishment
we created a series of scenes using vinyl cut outs, which followed the life of a couple and their times together at mac.
Mac's clientele, young and old, proved to be excellent participants, tracking down the scenes placed throughout the building and
turning in some very sharp and moving performances. We hope that the show will reappear in different incarnations in different places in the future.
Following a very successful but short run of The Cleansing Of Constance Brown in an old industrial space in our home city of Birmingham we
are currently negotiating with venues in Europe for gigs later this year and will be bringing the show to London for a run in 2009.
Of All The People In All The World is having a short break at the moment but will be back in the Summer and Autumn at venues near and far.
We are currently working on staging the whole world version in Birmingham in September - the first time this has been done in the UK and only the second
time in the history of the show.
In between this we are continuing with our extensive education work in schools and colleges throughout our region with podcasts, animations and theatre shows.
