Of All The People In All The World: UK

BA Festival of Science
Blackfriars Hall, Norwich
2 - 9 September, 2006

This was a short run booked by Jonothan Holloway of Norfolk and Norwich Festival. The context, as part of the BA Festival of Science, which had taken over the town, was great. Lots of people turned up to see the show and gave plenty of positive feedback. This is the largest space the UK version had been performed. This gave us the perfect opportunity to bring out some hard hitting big statistics, like the number of people living with HIV in Sub-Saharan Africa. Somehow the size of this number compared with the UK population (well over a third) made it all the more staggering.

Highlight: One of the best venues yet. A designated performance space, right in the centre of town. It was flooded with natural light and the magnificant end wall provided a grand backdrop for the workbench and globe, a designated performance space in the centre of town.

Lowlight: Seeing hours of work trashed by patrons of the festival all squeezed into the hall for a drinks reception.
