Artists Involved In The Time Based Arts Festival (TBA), Portland Oregon: 300

Portland Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA)'s TBA Festival, is the only one of its kind in the USA, was started in 2003 and in four years has become a stunniuing success attracting people from the US, Europe, and Asia. The audience for this year's festival was 21,000 who experienced art on stages, screens, in galleries, warehouses, colleges and the streets of Portland.

Unfortunately audience statistics are more difficult to use. We ran around and saw as much as we could during our stay so we probably crop up a number of times in the 21,000 - the old double counting problem.

Here's to next year and 21,000 growing to some thing even bigger.; 11:22 AM
