Latvian Refugees Leaving Their Native Country In The 1940s: 200,000

Chosen: My grandparents were two of them.

I noticed another statistic in the archives about the 2,000,000 strong human chain formed across the Baltic States during independence protests. Latvia's current population is only around 2,300,000.
